Divide the garage into keep, donate, recycle, sell, dispose, and undecided zones. Do not empty the entire garage into the driveway unless you can finish the same day and weather is reliable.
Pull Out One Category at a Time
Work by category: tools, automotive items, sports gear, seasonal decor, gardening supplies, boxes, furniture, and household overflow. Seeing duplicates together makes decisions easier.
Handle Chemicals Separately

Rebuild the Garage
After removal, clean the floor and rebuild storage vertically. Put frequently used items at reachable height, seasonal items higher up, and hazardous products in safe locations away from children and pets.
